Scope and Content

This collection contains items collected by the Deans of the College at George Mason College while it was still a branch of the University of Virginia. Two-thirds of the collection (Boxes 1-3, 7 and 8) contain materials from Lee Potter, including Dean's lists for students, a Certificate of Intermediate Honors, photographs, and articles from "The Gunston Ledger." Boxes 4 - 6 contain letters from the Dean, reports on events taking place at George Mason College (1964-65), as well as academic appraisals and monthly admission reports.
