Bob has been at Mason for nearly thirty-five years, both as a student and an employee. His main passion at work is to research and write about the history of the university, and is known to some as Mason’s unofficial university historian. Bob is George Mason University's first ever University Archivist.

Kelsey worked at the National Archives and Records Administration in various capacities for two and a half years, then became the Digital Archivist at the National Museum of Health and Medicine, before starting at George Mason University in October 2018. Her specialty is archival digitization, and her academic interests include material culture and American religious history.

Clancy was the Records Management Specialist of University Archives at the University of Southern Mississippi before moving to Virginia to start work at George Mason University in August 2023. She is passionate about books, history, music, travel, and her spoiled cats. Her academic interests include military history, European history, political science, preservation and archival studies, and records and information management.
